Susan exceeded our expectations.  We have bought and sold many homes over the years and can not ever recall having a realtor who worked as hard!  She is prompt, attentive and most importantly listened to what we were saying!  She went above and beyond in protecting our interests during the negotiation process.  I have referred her to several business associates and friends - each have been extremely pleased with her services.
